Who qualifies

We verify every applicant against public records before listing. You'll need:

  • Active IICRC, NORMI, IAQA, RIA, or comparable certification — or a valid state mold / remediation license where required (Florida, Texas, New York, etc.).
  • 4.5-star or higher Google rating with at least 50 reviews.
  • Operating business with a verifiable address and website.
  • Owner or senior staff willing to be quoted by name.
